In various types of construction machinery operations, our greatest concern is when the center of gravity suddenly changes, causing the machinery to tip over under load. Therefore, foreseeing these dangers to avoid many major accidents and achieving automatic control of mechanical equipment require measuring the attitude of the vehicle body and its actuators, which necessitates a safety system.
The transition of mechanical equipment from traditional mechanical-hydraulic systems to electro-hydraulic systems, especially the widespread application of sensors, has provided an excellent technical platform for the upgrading of construction machinery and the improvement of work efficiency, such as in cranes, pump trucks, mortar trucks, graders, pavers, excavators, rotary drilling rigs, elevators, aerial work platforms, etc. Through different sensors installed in specific locations, a complex system is formed to monitor various data of the mechanical equipment and continuously transmit this data.
